CPP Assessment Tool ©  Cognadev The CPP is an online simulation exercise or “game” which measures your thinking processes. It starts off by carefully explaining the task requirements. This is followed by a number of exercises which you will complete. While doing so the computer will track your actions and interpretations in detail. The “game” is unfamiliar and somewhat unusual. At times the requirements may not be very clear, but you need to decide what to do, for yourself. You therefore must use your own discretion. Strictly speaking, there are no right or wrong answers and no time limitations. You can therefore work at your own pace. Most candidates, however, take 2 hours to complete the assessment. Your interpretations of 8 different short messages or “stories” will be analysed by algorithms to identify your information processing tendencies.
